Terms and Conditions
Prior to the inspection taking place, an inspection agreement will be sent to the client via a web based inspection agreement system. This agreement must be signed by the client and returned prior to or at the beginning of the inspection. Cancellation of an inspection appointment within 24 hours is subject to a $125.00 cancellation fee. Rescheduling of the inspection will not incur a fee. Payment is due in full upon the completion of services (the inspection). Upon receipt of payment the final inspection report will be issued within 24-48 hours.
Cash, Check or Credit Card
Return Checks are subject to a handling and processing fee. Inspection Fees due from returned checks must be paid in cash or credit card. Credit Card transactions are subject to a 3.65% fee. All fees are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax. Please see the Fee page for more information.
